Power ranges from 10kW to 100kW and voltage outputs from 30kV to 150kV. The power system integrates DC filament power supply and gate deviation power supply, and the filament current and gate bias voltage sampling are directly measured at high potential and transmitted to the control system through optical fiber isolation, with complete protection, including overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, phase loss, discharge detection, etc.

(2) Adopt high-frequency inverter zero-voltage full-bridge switch technology above 20kHz;
(3) The output value is linear and continuously adjustable from 0 to 100%;
(4) Able to withstand harsh working environments such as discharge, short circuit, and arc pulling for a long time;
(5) There are local mode and program control mode, of which the local mode includes: touch screen setting and high-precision 10-turn potentiometer two setting modes, and the program control mode includes: 0-10V analog control and host computer software control;
